DALLAS, TX - July 17, 2017 – Premier Project Management today announced construction started on a full renovation of the Marriott DFW Airport situated two miles north of the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. Ashford Hospitality Trust and Marriott tasked Premier Project Management with the renovation of the entire property, including all 500 guestrooms, meeting space, lobby/Greatroom, restaurant/bar, fitness center, M Club, and building exterior. The scope of work includes interior design, procurement, project management and construction management.
“The start of construction begins an exciting time for us; all the detail has been so well planned and we will now oversee this project through to completion. It's our hope to not only energize the hotel, but also to increase RevPAR and help improve Guest Satisfaction,” commented Johannes Michalsky, VP of Project Management for Premier Project Management.

Construction started July 2017.
