Premier CEO Hector Sanchez at the Bisnow Dallas-Fort Worth Adaptive Reuse Event

Earlier this week, Premier Chief Executive Officer Hector Sanchez took part as an expert panelist at the Bisnow Dallas-Fort Worth Adaptive Reuse, Conversions, and Repositioning seminar. Participating on the event’s “Balancing Innovation, Efficiency, and History” panel – a session focused on strategies to give aging spaces a new lease on life – Hector’s contributions to the panel included experiences and insights from Premier’s recently completed Le Meridien Fort Worth Downtown adaptive reuse historic conservation hotel conversion project; a project which not only saw Premier deliver co-development expertise alongside Blueprint Hospitality, but also saw Premier lead the redesign of the historic building by providing interior design, procurement, and project management expertise.
