DALLAS, TX - September 18, 2016 – Premier Project Management today announced the awarding of a renovation of the Le Meridian Hotel located in Downtown Minneapolis. Ashford Hospitality Trust and Marriott tasked Premier Project Management with the guestroom, meeting area and lobby renovation. The scope of work includes, interior design, procurement, project management and construction management.

Construction is set to start on March, 2018.
