DALLAS, TX January 5th, 2017 – Premier Project Management today announced the award of a $23 million dollar Courtyard conversion to an Autograph directly opposite Philadelphia’s City Hall. Braemar Hotels and Resorts and Marriott tasked Premier Project Management with the entire remodel of the property, including guestrooms, the lobby, meeting space and restaurant/bar. The scope of work includes interior design, procurement, project management and construction management.

Construction is set to start on February 2018.
