Earlier this month, our Senior Vice President of Adaptive Reuse Aimee Sanborn, AIA, NCARB had the opportunity to explore a potential collaboration for Premier to reconceptualize and renovate a private lobby and reception area in an upscale commercial property. That conversation was the perfect excuse for us to dust-off and showcase some of our favorite and most successful hotel and multi-family residential lobby and reception design projects from our portfolio.
From boutique and luxury hotels, through to full-service and select service destinations, across to multi-family residential and apartment value-add renovations, clearly we’re experts at (literally) “making an entrance.”
