Although the property has only just quietly celebrated its soft reopening, our most recent full-service hotel project – the renovation of the Hilton Garden Inn Bethesda – has already been featured in Hotel Business Magazine.
As part of a $4 million renovation, Premier provided the architecture, interior design, and procurement expertise that completely transformed the hotel’s lobby, meetings and events spaces, bar and lounge, restaurant, and fitness center. Additionally, Premier assisted the refreshing of the hotel’s 216 guestrooms, and oversaw the updating of the hotel’s exterior and arrival experience.
